How to deal with anxiety

I had my first anxiety attach when I was 28 and it came on fast and hard. Since then, I’ve learned better coopting tools to deal with the daily anxiety I feel.

In this week’s episode, you are going to learn how to deal with that constant hum of anxiety. It’s not anything you’ve heard before, but it works every time.

Practicing how to physically feel anxiety is how you embrace the suck. Doing this is what makes it less intense and allows you to go all in on reaching your goals.
